David Fink is currently President of the Plastics Pipe Institute. He was hired for this position in January 2020. Prior to joining PPI, he had worked for the past 13 years as the Senior Vice President for WL Plastics covering HDPE pipe sales & marketing in addition to responsibilities for quality and engineering.

David also worked for The Dow Chemical Company for 12 years in sales, marketing and business management with the vast majority of that time having a focus on plastic pipe resins.

David previously served as PPI Chairman of Board and remains active in The Alliance for PE Pipe, ASTM, AGA, AWWA and other industry related organizations.

David has degrees in chemistry and chemical engineering and resides in the Dallas area with his wife, Brittainy, and two sons, Logan and Tyler.
